HARANGA FINALIZES ACQUISITION OF CALIFORNIA GOLD PROJECT

Serus Legal has assisted Haranga Resources (ASX: HAR) in its acquisition of the Lincoln Gold Project in California from Seduli (Seduli), following completion of technical, legal, and financial due diligence.

The Lincoln Project (322 ha) spans a ~5.8 km strike length of California’s historic Mother Lode between Sutter Creek and Amador City. Mining at Lincoln dates back to the 1850s, when it was among the early producers of the California Gold Rush. Today, the project hosts a historical NI 43-101 resource of ~286,000 oz @ 9.3 g/t Au (Indicated + Inferred), with Haranga targeting a JORC-compliant estimate by year-end 2025.

Legal assistance from Serus included corporate and mining due diligence, covering a number of U.S. entities as well as 54 patented mining claims and fee land parcels.

For next steps, Haranga plans a maiden underground diamond program commencing mid-September 2025 to advance a JORC-compliant resource in 2025. The Lincoln Mine is near production-ready, with existing permits allowing processing of up to ~315,000 tpa, supported by substantial site infrastructure.

The acquisition aligns with Haranga’s strategy of building a pipeline of gold and critical mineral assets with strong discovery and development potential. It adds a highly prospective gold asset to Haranga’s portfolio, which already includes the Saraya Uranium Project and Ibel South gold project in Senegal as well as other regional exploration projects.
